About Us
A Mother's story.
"When I became a mother, I was dedicated to my sons having an easier journey than I did, on the inside. I created WiseOcean for Sage, Kai, and Abram, to educate them on self-love and emotional intelligence in a way they'd never forget: through the power of music. I saw the need for a creative platform focused on making these practices fundamental for all children; to inspire healthier homes and communities for them to thrive in. I knew then that WiseOcean was meant to be shared, with love from our family to everyone."
Love, Ashley Reid

WiseOcean SEL Songs for Kids

WiseOcean is a joyful music show filled with feelings and emotions songs for kids that help children & families learn self-regulation through SEL music. Created by Momma Swell, WiseOcean is a Social Emotional Learning resource that uses original songs & movement to teach emotional intelligence to kids in a way they remember and love.
Children experience many emotions every day. WiseOcean songs help children understand their feelings, practice emotional management, & build self-love, empathy, & confidence, as fundamentally as learning their ABCs. These emotional skills support healthy choices & lifelong well-being.
Think of the songs you remember from childhood. Music stays with us, and when it teaches emotional skills, it becomes a powerful tool for growth. WiseOcean invites families, classrooms, & communities to sing together & help children carry emotional understanding with them wherever they go.
